Barry has done an amazing job of hiring a team of extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. My grandfather purchased his boat from Sherwood Marine almost 40 years ago, when they were located near Elk Lake. I am always happy to support Sherwood Marine as they continually go above and beyond, whether it is in-store or in the service department.

I purchased a Suzuki 350 from Steve Weckstrom in July just had boat over there for engine and accessories installation , Mike in shop did install cant say enough about sales and service these guys go above and beyond couldnt be happier! Highly recommend this organization !

I needed a simple electrical part for my new electric motor setup. Joanne assisted me and helped me save money. The sales staff also helped me decide on a new boat purchase as repairing my existing boat was not cost effective. Steve in sales was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. These folks are great. I have shopped here for years and have always been pleased. Recently I found myself at the boat ramp at elk lake with a dead battery. A couple of mechanics from Sherwood were launching a boat for a trial and they were so helpful.They had to dig around a bit but they found a set of jumper cables and safed my day of water skiing with my son. It is sure nice to know that the team here were so helpful. I most certainly will continue to do my shopping for boating gear at Sherwood Marine Centre.

I want to thank James Brown, our salesman, and Derek Joseph, the sales manager, for spending some quality time with me this past weekend to help with an on-going outboard engine issue I was having with a recent purchase. When James realized that I still had some concerns, both he and Derek worked with me so that they, and I, could understand the issue. They offered some insight (James owns a similar outboard), helped me understand what was involved when the red indicator light came on, and had some constructive suggestions. James and Derek, talking with you was huge. It helped resolve everything. Thanks guys.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience purchasing a new boat at Sherwood Marine. Richard was very patient with us and dealt with all of our questions and concerns. Derek was also of great help. A retired boat dealer friend told me that Sherwood is very reputable. Indeed we found that out. Although we are from the north island, and we have a good dealer there, we chose Sherwood because they handle Hewescraft boats. This is our second Hewescraft, which gives us the most bang for our buck and has the best overall engineering. Thanks to Richard, Derek, Barry and the great service department for earning our business.
